Update: Knicks Reportedly Acquiring Karl-Anthony Towns in Trade Deal

Just as the league's training camps were set to open on Monday, reports surfaced late Friday that the Knicks had pulled off a major move before the start of the annual preseason.

Per Shams Charania of The Athletic, New York added All-Star big man Karl-Anthony Towns, sending forward Julius Randle, guard Donte DiVincenzo and a first-round pick (via Detroit) to the Timberwolves.
